Megan and Dave came to me somewhat last-minute - at least in terms of photography bookings as we tend to get booked up over a year in advance. They told me about the special day they had planned at Wroxall Abbey, and since it would have been my first time shooting a wedding at this venue, I couldn't wait for the day to arrive.
It did seem for a while that the rain wouldn't be on our side, but luckily it cleared up at the perfect time for us to sneak outside for their couple portraits - and as you can see, the were naturals!
My day started by capturing some of the bridal prep with Meghan, her mum and bridesmaids before spending some time with the lads, who weren't too fussed about popping outside in the rain for a few shots.
The autumnal light during their ceremony was amazing, and Megan looked stunning in her elegant long-sleeved dress as she was given away by her brother before their friends and family who really welcomed me throughout the day.
